____ Necessary materials ____
1 tablespoon of sugar (20 grams)
Half a pack of yeast (5 grams)
1 glass of warm milk (200 ml)
2 cups of flour (240 grams)
1 teaspoon of salt (4 grams)
2 tablespoons of olive oil (20 ml)
For the filling:
5 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of melted butter (40 ml)
1 tablespoon of cream cheese (30 grams)
Grated Cheddar Cheese (140 grams)
Feta cheese (80 grams)
1 teaspoon (3 grams) of thyme
Cooking time: Let's bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
