Bake at 180 C or 350 F fr 32-35 minutes.

If the top turn golden brown early, cover the top with aluminum foil and bake properly for 32-35 minutes

Your recipe only use 1 tsp of yeast which I very much like it as I cannot stand with the 'yeast flavour' that I can taste when I used other bread recipe which sometimes require more use of yeast! Whole wheat flour contain more bran particles than all purpose flour and so the bread may turn dense. so I would suggest you to use both flour in 1:1 ratio
