3:30 I feel like this part really needed mentioning, it's insane how many controllers RL burns through at higher levels. It can genuinely be a really expensive hobby depending on where you live and some other life circumstances. Luckily I have a job now so I don't mind dropping extra bucks to get new sticks for my thrustmaster eswap x but those, much like a new DS4 controller, cost around 50 bucks if not even more (if buying PS5 controller that's an even heftier sum and still no guarantee it won't go bad fast). After getting a new one it's honestly impossible to tell how long it will last, it's always a gamble. There's absolutely no way to tell when it's going to stop working properly and/or get stick drift. I've had stick drift occur in as little as 2 to 3 months on completely new, fresh controllers/mini sticks for thrustmaster and I've also had some last years _despite the constant use_ of speedflips. It's a cool mechanic but sometimes I kinda wish it wasn't discovered because it made abusing analog sticks a _necessity_ to stay at the highest level and it's frustrating lol... Now imagine being a high school kid and having your growth and potential completely squandered and locked due to some dumb irl factor like that one. It's perdominantely a kid's game but a kid ain't gonna have enough money to switch controllers every couple of months, especially not if they come from some 3rd world country which gets shipped the worst products anyway.. For example I'm from Croatia and I can guarantee that most of the controllers bought have a _significantly_ shorter lifetime than ones bought from, say for example Germany. I feel like the community is never vocal about this despite the fact that it feels like a real and frequent problem
