Its 2022, July. I've seen enough to have the "Three" book on my Amazon wishlist for too long. So, I've ordered tonight and am excited to get into it. Gday Selin, I'm a Aussie Cypriot Turk and congratulate you on your cooking success. Us Cypriots are under rated, so when I came across your cooking book last year, 'Oklava' I was pleasantly surprised. Obviously all your recipes are very familiar, with some slight variations. Interested to watch more of your videos. I too, love cooking and thrive on sticking to original recipes from Kibris. 😊 Sev
