Now that you mention it, Clint's chat is pretty toxic at times. I remember there was one time where they tricked him into screwing up in an OOT speed run when he was on world record pace

My explanation isn't very good, apologies for that. Out Of Bounds (OOB) in Super Mario 64 is an area that extends from the bottom of the stage up infinitely UNLESS it hits a floor on the way up. It acts a lot like a wall (though not completely alike) in that it blocks Mario from walking into it. If Mario is ever for whatever reason inside of an OOB, he dies immediately and his hat disappears. Invisible walls can be caused by OOB "leaking" through gaps in the floor, which is what is happening where he was jumping. However, these leaks constantly get closed up when the snow slope objects move over them. Because of this, OOB seems to disappear and reappear in that area. What happened in the clip was that Bebop jumped into the exact area that the OOB reappears RIGHT when it was reappearing, causing him to die for seemingly no reason. vertices around the control stick on a controller around the analog i.e u can press it against a notch and it will go that way, n64 has 8, if you google image it you might see what i mean, i.e n64 has 8 up,left,right and down, then each one inbetween respectively
