I have watched over 20 how to vids on taquitos! I am impressed! Great ideas I have not heard elsewhere. I prefer skinnier taquitos ...less filling, I think it tastes better! White onions are a must have for me with shredded meats only. The commercial cheese sauces can have aluminum in them to facilitate pouring. Best to make your own so you know what is in it! Stay healthy!
