Twotech has removed a lot of uncraftables from their overview recently. So I fear you won't see them there anymore. I think they're called Dye merchant hat (the yellow one), skull hat (iri's hat) and the "black cowboy hat with feather" That last one could be crafted as long as you're able to get an ostrich feather somewhere. (And a black cowboy hat, which you can craft yourself) Some folks might have ostrich feathers - but not many. I think Johnny from the Pumpkin town might still have some somewhere, you might wanna check with him on discord. :-)

Well, maybe someone could bring one to yours? Making an airport strip is not too hard and if you make sure there's kero for the delivery guy when he arrives it's doable. Also, you can sign up for the dungeon event now, it's likely hats can be won with that too.
