So confused why people are saying heart attack? Butter is so good for the gallbladder and liver to make bile...same with the beef. The oil in the beef as well as the butter is healthy. He made the cheese sauce from scratch with no chemicals like in the jar or bottle. Cheese has iodine which is so good for many people lacking in it nowadays. He created a roux with flour (which may cause a bit of inflammation). Heart attacks do not come from butter, fat (cheese) nor protein...they come from inflammation from synthetic materials in food like canola oil, refined carbs, white sugar...and additives in food. Inflammation is behind heart attacks, not fats. He would not eat the whole cheese dip himself - it is just portioned for the entire sliders. He portioned himself. I don't get how that is bad?

Exactly. I see simple cheeseburger recipes that consist of ground beef, cheddar cheese, some onions, spices, lettuce, tomato, pickles and some mayo and people say it’s unhealthy. If you’re not trying to lose weight it’s essentially ideal. I wouldn’t say it’s the most healthy food, but it could even be weight loss if you use lean ground beef, whole wheat/low carb buns, and I’d just leave the mayo as whole fat or do half yogurt half mayo if you’re worried.

@@Aaron-McDonald You can lose weight with this but you have to portion size it. Whole wheat is not healthy and people still believe that but maybe sourdough so there are probiotics. The mayo should be homemade because of canola oil in the processed bottles. That is the only bad ingredient in mayo; canola oil which causes inflammation.

❤ For Breakfast and Lunch I had 2 Egg and Sausage Sliders and 1 Fish Slider, minus the buns. Washed down with 1/2 Diet Dr. Pepper and 16 oz. of water. Dinner consist of 8 oz. of ice water and 3 Teaspoons of Cottage Cheese. It's been 20 years since I tasted CC. Nothing to write home about.
