Method of preparation:
For the foundation:
250 g cake biscuits, pre-crushed
100 g of melted cow's butter
For the cream:
625 g cream cheese at room temperature
200 g sour cream at room temperature
3 eggs at room temperature
200 g of powdered sugar
1 ampoule of vanilla essence
3 tablespoons of flour
250 g blueberry jam
Method of preparation:
Prepare the base:
Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter. Pour the mixture into a 24 cm diameter baking dish. Press the mixture gently with your hand to form a sponge. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C, fan-free, in the lower part of the oven, for 10 minutes. Allow the finished sponge (base) to cool.
Prepare the filling:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Finally, add the flour and mix until a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the filling over the marshmallows and spread it evenly.
Baking:
Bake the cheesecake in a preheated oven at 160°C, fanless, in the lower part of the oven, for 60 minutes.
Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside, without opening the door, until it cools thoroughly.
Cooling:
Cut the cheesecake into 12 pieces.
Spread the blueberry jam on the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Enjoy your meal!
