You squeeze the edamame out using your mouth, that way you get the nice saltiness that's on the outside without actually eating the outside :)

I used to pop out the edamame like you before, but learned that it's easier to hold the pod in your mouth between your teeth and have your teeth push them out into your mouth. This way you can suck on the shell and taste the seasoning of it with the edamame while eating it. Like whether they sprinkle it with salt, etc.

As someone who was a prep cook and made almost all the appetizers it’s a crazy supply and demand. Every weekend you expected 300+ Mac balls, 60 samosas, 300 spring rolls (150 cheeseburger and 150 texmex), 200+ breaded cheese bites, 100 taquitos, 200+ fried zucchini, 200 wontons on our list just for one day.

My dearest Timmy. Admittedly I laughed when you ate the whole edamame in the pod. If you stick the whole thing in your mouth and lightly bite down the pods will come out. If you want to boost the flavor I suggest a light sprinkling of salt, dip the whole pod in soy sauce or ponzu and then, again, put the whole pod in your mouth and lightly bite the soybeans out and discard the pod “shell” lol love ya!!

Those prices are high and the portions are out of balance- taquitos are small but avocado toast is huge- for a snack menu! They should all be $5. At the current prices ($8.50 for 4-5 taquitos) they are about the price of an entree at some sit down chain restaurants.

With the shrimp, I hope you are aware that when you order food delivery that the grease might make the food soggy since it’s gonna be essentially in a steam bath until it gets to your house. Should have air fried those shrimp some to dry them out.

The edamame are soy beans. The brussel sprout and bacon can be overly salty I am glad that is not the case here. The spice you are looking for is turmeric.
