Hi guys! 💕 I also heard the rumor that starbs cakes are from purple oven but I don’t know if that’s true. One thing's for sure though, the cakes that I've tried from purple oven and starbucks in this taste test are not the same. First off, the texture of the cakes are very different. Also, you can see naman sa video that there are blueberries in the cheese base of the one from starbs whereas yung sa purple oven on top lang. One from contis is a frozen cheesecake that is why it is really soft once out for some time. I don't like it too tho. I love purple oven's but i like starbucks' more because of the blueberries incorporated in the cheese base. I would definitely try your 2nd placer soon. Hope to see more from you! The blueberry cheesecake from Gloria Jeans is really good so is the one from McCafè and regular cheesecakes are suppose to be thick, dense and creamy. Oh and I've tried the one from banapple and it is really good, definitely one of my favorites 😁

Sometimes whipped cream is added para mag double ang volume ng cheesecake base and para mag hold sya ng shape, Gelatin is added. While yung dense, I guess yan talaga yung binake sa oven 😊

Most light and airy cheesecakes were chilled and not baked whereas yung densed ones are baked sa oven. Yan naobserve ko from 3 yrs of baking different types of cake :D
