I tried this recipe 3 days ago. I used the salt free seasonings instead as you mentioned; was an option. It was actually really really good! I ate off this for a few days. I'm trying to learn how to cook others things outside of what i already know how to cook. It was my first time making a casserole ever. I can't wait to cook it for others. I'm certain its something i'm going to continue making. Thanks!

I cooked this tonight. I used a combination can of cream of chicken and mushroom. I used fresh raw broccoli but I wish I would've at least blanched it first. It was pretty good. I was light handed with the cheese but next time I'll add more!

I made this without the rice to take to a gathering. I just added more broccoli. also on top I placed crushed potato chips on top of the cheese. They loved it!!! I set aside a serving for me without the potato chips since I am doing low carb /keto diet. this one is a winner.! Thanks for sharing.

this is a quick simple way thanks. I usually add chicken breasts rice cream mushroom and water together and allow it to bake then add the cheeses. Will definitely try this way

YUM. My mom used to make this when I was growing up so it's a comfort food for me! She would sometimes add in sliced black olives because I loved them so much. I'm going to make this next week and see if my kids will eat it. Thanks for the memory!

That looks exceptional! I did a stir fry in the wok the other day that started out much like this. It'd be real easy to switch in mid stream and turn it into this. I see it happening *real* soon! I *am* partial to fresh broccoli. In recent years I've mostly weaned myself from frozen veggies, because here in Florida we get excellent fresh produce year round, and you just can't beat it. Of course, I'm also retired and have plenty of spare time to futz around with it.
