some virgin olive oil in the water will help them to not stick. I love this recipe it came out delicious thank you :)

Tania is right, oil will do the trick of lubricating and keeping the noodles from sticking. But don't do this with noodles you plan to sauce later (like spaghetti or fettuccine) because you need the starch from the sticky noodles to hold the sauce. ;)

jwpolar You can make these ahead. They freeze really well. I usually make a couple pans at a time. Take out the day before you want to use, than bake.
