I'm a self taught home chef. I have never followed a recipe in my life. I just eyeball until I end with a result I'm pleased with. To be honest, I've learned a lot of my base doughs from you. I just add or subtract to reach the goal I desire. You're very inspirational. You helped me realize, I dont hate tomato sauce, I hate store bought. I cant tell you how much your videos have helped me grow. I no longer buy bread, I ONLY make my own artisan bread!!! Thank you for all the help you've given me!!!

I made these today! They turned out awesome! At first, while making them i was kinda disappointed cause the egg seemed to slip off the flour in some places and thought that i would have some spillage during frying, but, the double coat did help actually. So, I, proudly, report NO SPILLAGE during frying. They turned out great! I used chicken curry mix in my bread crumb (we don't have panco in my country). Everyone loved it! A piece of advice. Be careful with the oil temp! They brown lightning fast!

And regarding fried mozz stick, have you ever seen the suggestion of wrapping the cheese stick in a spring roll wrapper, then breading and frying it. Supposedly, it seals in the cheese extremely well. I'm trying it as soon as I can find some of the goldanged wrappers!

That wheel is like $100 and it's a pretty massive wheel. You can do this smaller scale with the wheels that are $8-12 depending on their diameter. Josh Flexed, sure, but Brie isn't That expensive, especially not when the video features caviar.

Ranch 3/4 cup mayo 1/2 cup 1 tbsp dijion mustard 1/2 cup buttermilk 1/2 bunch fresh chives 1/2 cup fresh parsley 3 sprig of dill 3 cloves of garlic Bread crumbs 8 slices of white bread Bake at 275 for 15 minutes. Add to a food processor with. . . 1 tsp salt 1 tsp thyme 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp garlic powder And blend.

I made the traditional cheese sticks with the homemade ranch sauce and it was unbelievable (mine came out a bit gigantic so I need to cut the mozzarella blocks a bit smaller but other than that - I was quite impressed that I was able to do it). Thanks for this awesome recipe!

The best moz stick I've ever had was a beer battered style. So crunchy with a perfect chewy stretch. These all look tasty too.
