Assalamualaikum. I literally wanted to eat that fries n chicken right away after u opened the pan as i love fries n chicken being a novice in cooking. Definitely i will try this creative recipe. Can I replace the cheesy sauce in this recipe with white sauce that's used in "gratin" and change the topping to chopped mint leaves with other herbs so that it has a gratin modified taste? I'm from Mauritius 🇲🇺. Plz make fish tikka biryani and chicken tandoori biryani with potato pieces. I cant eat chicken with bones in it and i cant make chicken biryani as my dad is a vegetarian. I'm sure u will come up with 2 amazingly creative recipes Plz reply back. Naziihah 😊
