You definitely can, but it might be a little tricky. With a pizza steel and the broiler, you should be able to get similar results. If you don't need the leopard spots, then you can skip the broiler, but I dont think I'd skip the pizza steel since you need to get heat into the cold pan fast enough that the bottom of the pizza bites can cook at a similar speed to the tops.

@@johnrobie9694 I was thinking about this too. I have a Roccbox but my skillet is square with a handle and a grid on the bottom - wouldn't be able to rotate it. Maybe prepare the dough and heat it on the stovetop for a few minuets to get the bottom going. Then put into the oven with the center ingredients.
