CHEESY POTATO SAMOSA

Ok guys this is the ultimate EASY cheesy samosa, no fuss.. leftover mash is all you need and some spring roll pastry. If you dont have this to hand filo pastry will be just as good (I would just use 2 sheets at a time to make it a bit thicker). Ingredients (makes 14)
Spring roll pastry 3 sheets cut into 4 strips
150g grated cheese
1 medium potato mashed (leftover is fine!) but it needs to be very dry
Coriander 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1tsp
Salt and pepper
If you have jalapenos I would strong advise as they would be the best combination!! This is perfect for Ramadan if you make them up then you freeze them fresh and you can take them out from the freezer and fry from frozen.
