Hi, Windrider! For me, it was also interesting to learn about the food/flapping ratio: 1 pound of food = 28 minutes flying time if actively flapping wings :)

Gods creation is amazing. Unfortunately we cannot express it. We can only admire it. There was a time, when animals and man were close friends, but after what happened in the garden of eden , they grew apart and hunter become hunted . Nice to see a good man respect and honor Gods creatures and preserve the very gift he gave us: Our Freedom.

because it can no longer fly in a normal way and length of time to get enough food by itself, it would get emaciated and slowly die in the wild.

You should learn more about it before you comment its a rescue eagle it was rescued because both of it wings were broken it can't fly no more it won't last in the wild at all
