I like the longer form videos where you show the entire challenge and the entire dinner service. Couldn't care less about the reward part of the challenge, but one 10-15 clip is better than a broken up clip. Also why did the "raw" series of the unedited service stop. Was really nice to see Gordon actually coaching the chefs.

Sometimes I disagree with judges, how spicy is too spicy for them ? You can’t comment on spiciness when some people think ketchup is spicy. Then the tostada is a tostada it’s supposed to be crunchy, how are you gonna try to cut something with a knife that is supposed to be hard ?

I think it’s a fine line, they mainly look for flavorful spiciness is my assumption. I agree it can be a gray area depending on who it is tasting the dish.
