She's right. We, Chinese people, eat what moves haha However, I grew in in a very mulit-cultural country (New Zealand), and the worst thing I've ever eaten just so happens to be in and from China! The worst thing was soft-shell turtle, it was very muscle-y and didn't have much meat >< Jellyfish is nice, they do it at yum cha all the time, it just needs the right amount of seasoning and you're all good.

I've worked at a chicken processing plant. Because of the Food Standards Agency, the packaging for the feet has to be marked as 'Animal Feed Only, Not Fit For Human Consumption'. Which is weird, considering they get sold to a national wholesaler of specialist Chinese cuisine.

Scarx2gt Well, then one can ask if they have a permit to serve food with human breastmilk in it and that the milk has been checkad and is clean and good to serve. If it is, if they have such a permit, and if they are open with the fact that human breastmilk is in their products, with all permits and sanitary checks cleared, it shouldn't be a worry or a problem. Also we can consider that we eat food that was never meant for our systems. Cow's milk is one of them. So again, I stick to my first statement, we are weird and our logic here leads us to unhealthy living patterns.

Okay, for the record, I watched the episode of the F Word that James Corden is referencing. As I'm sure all of you out there that saw it as well know, at no point, (at least on the broadcast) did Gordon promise to buy James dinner at any London restaurant for eating all of the Chinese dishes placed before him. That brings up the second point, which is that in fact, of the chicken's feet, duck's tongues, fermented tofu and fish eyeballs...James only ate the duck tongues. The rest he spit out into a bucket after barely tasting it! So, James is lying TWICE! LOL!

I don't like that she told Chef Ramsay to "back off, that's my culture". Gordon is extremely liberal and respectful to people's culture. He made not a hint of insult. Just goes to prove how sensitive people are and how much they use double standards. She began the joking about "her culture" catching an invisible insect and eating it. Gordon only mentioned another item he made James try. It bothers me when, out of nowhere, the programmed racial sensitivity has to display itself. Gordon did a great job dealing with it, the way one should, by completely ignoring it and not apologizing for something he didn't do.

I wont speak for all Chinese. In my country there are about 77% Chinese people, I could say probably 75% wont eat everything that moves. That is stereo type. There is nothing wrong with other Chinese or any race eating anything that moves.
