Jimmy Chiu is from an indigenous tribe in Taitung. He loves singing and has always dreamt of opening a restaurant that can allow him to showcase his passions. Now at Gulu Gulu, his singing voice has charmed many guests, and his char-grilled dishes such as BBQ Tribal Spring Chicken, made with a recipe from the Paiwan tribe, has won the hearts of our MICHELIN Guide inspectors.
