I see you use Kewpie Mayo a lot. What is the difference between that mayo and regular mayo? I noticed in the store I used to stock at that it’s in the world foods aisle. Is there certain types of dishes it’s best for? I also noticed that we always sold out of it fast and it was the most asked about item by the customers.

kewpie mayo is make with yolks only, so its richer in flavor compared to regular mayo! its great for toppings and sauces with few ingredients where it can really shine. Definitely try it, its really delicious.
