I just ordered a Little Chef shirt!! I love your channel! My older brother does private Alaskan cruise lines in the summer and runs the kitchens at a university in Washington. I tried once to spend time with one of my graduating sons we went to the Utes and he was my sous chef for 4 mos we fed hundreds of people breakfast, lunch and dinner! It was so much work!!!! I respect and appreciate your channel. I love cooking but my menus were set and I added and made things my own! I don't do this for a living so it definitely was a stretch from my day today office work!

For a rue, can you use cornstarch instead of flour ?

Yes you can . Use half as much cornstarch as flour. IE 1 tablespoon cornstarch for 2tablespoons flour.
