I like the dig at a certain egotistical “celebrity” chef 😂😂. I’ve dined at high end U.S. restaurants and yes they are as good as any in Europe or Asia. The U.S. has an unwarranted bad reputation for food (a lot is rubbish of course) but the U.K. suffers from the same false identity because food in general was boring there 20 or so years ago. Times change attitudes often don’t.
