A lot of these comments are hilarious come on guys he's a food network star. Has no one here ever watched restaurant impossible? my husband and I loved that show. he is one of the very few if not only food Network chefs with a great body. Do you really think he is not educated on proteins and sugar? He makes so much money that he doesn't have to do this video but instead people on here are so ungrateful and so negative towards him. why not just say thank you and modify his recipe to your own liking and leave the negativity to yourself.

Hello Robert, I love the flavor combinations you chose and the technique of adding your flavoring ingredients first then labeling the cooked oatmeal on top of them! I will definitely have oatmeal more often after seeing this. God bless your family and I really love your work. Polly Motzko, Las Vegas, NV Nevada

I was asked once, if I had just one food that I could eat for the rest of my life what would that be. My answer was oats. Preferably steel cut oats. There is so many ways you can prepare it and use it. Fruit goes wonderfully with it. Different seasonings change it. Oats is very versatile.

Hey all, this is my oatmeal recipe. 1. Pour warm water in a bowl and add your oats. 2. Add 2 tbl. real cacao (not Nesquik) and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. 3. Slice a banana and add it to the rest 4. Stir the oatmeal and it's ready ☺️

my info is based on science, not misinformation that the dairy industry spreads. Humans are not designed to consume cow secretions... do your research :) countries with the highest rates of osteoporosis are the countries which consume the most dairy.

I just cut up bananas, kiwis, strawberries and grapes. No sugar as the fruit is sweet enough. Very healthy and simple. A good tip is if you cook the bananas with the oats they become very sweet and jammy.

Half cup oatmeal, half cup water, teaspoon of sugar, half teaspoon bread yeast. Let the yeast work for a day or two and it's fermented sour goodness. I add a pinch of brown sugar, pumpkin pie spices, and cream. It works with rolled oats, too.
