HONEY WALNUT SHRIMPS
Batter:
1 kg peeled and deveined shrimps
salt and pepper
cornstarch
1 whole egg
cassava starch
Sauce and preparation:
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts (medium chop, not too fine)
1 cup whole walnuts
white sugar, as needed
1-2 cups good mayonnaise
