½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup + 2 tbsp. white sugar
1 piece cold egg
1 ¼ cup all purpose flour
½ tsp. baking soda
½ cup dark chocolate chips
½ cup milk chocolate chips
½ cup coarsely chopped walnuts
