👍 Very interesting concept indeed...although the "live" interaction was non-existent and did not add to the experience at all. However, I would really enjoy a delivered *_degustation_* menu or even *_omakase_* set accompanied by access to a pre-recorded video where the chefs introduce and walk you though each dish as they would do in person. That would be very cool, I think. Enjoyed this episode...food looked super delicious.
