My family always used to freeze bread but I stopped doing it because I thought it was a “poor” thing we did. But during the pandemic I have started doing it again and I’ll never go back, esp after having one too many ciabatta rolls go moldy on me after a day or 2. It’s the best and bread freezes so beautifully

I moved to Argentina years ago - among the many apartments I saw there was one with a fridge that could be opened from either the left or the right side. I remember it was yellow, very stylish design, and I’ll never forget what an inspired idea that was… Never saw one again like that….

With the current rise in price in food worlwide, the wine thing rubs me a little wrong. Use a wine you can afford, if you can afford nice wine go for it, if not go with anything you can afford,. I know buying food and cooking yourself is way different, more expensive and harder than in most Europe, for instance, but still. And I even get that cooking with wine may sound "fancy", or even pretentious, to some americans, but KZbin has a worldwide audience.
