The one thing josh failed to tell them is that when you pour things up HIGH like spraying oil into a pan from above your head it'll make a mess, splatter, and burn you. You want to pour and mix down low to avoid that. Which I know to kids seems backwards, but it's true: "Be closer to the danger to avoid the danger" (in cooking)

As a onehanded guy who cooks the trick to milling peppers with onehand is to hold the mill with the knee joint and you turn it upside down into a container - easy, its the knife skills that get you. Amazing video otherwise - thoughts and prayers to the kids moms after josh is done spoiling them
