This guy makes it so easy to understand even without subtitles. I don't speak an ou ce of Chinese, but you can just tell what he means by his demeanor. Idk, just a thought

Um actually, for your information, the "tàu" in "thịt kho tàu" might not mean Chinese but means "ship". That dish is said to be a creation of... sailors who have to be on board for days and cannot cook regularly, so they created a dish that can stay tasty for days, even weeks. But yes, probably the original recipe was from China, before it got edited and changed throughout the history.
