Love to see some UK updates. Sad to hear of all the obesity there now too. I grew up in England and everyone was slender. It was pre all the fast food places... 😣

I definetly agree with this! I noticed an increase in performance as well when I eat less meat. Wich helps when It comes to building a channel Cheers!😀

@Chefaj wasn't able to catch this live but just currently watching it and didn't think about that! That we call fizzy drinks 'fizzy drinks and you guys call them Sodas! 🤣😂 Never thought of that before hahahah xxx

in Australia they're called Soft Drinks....soft compared to alcohol I guess?
