Tomatoes, red pepper, onion, garlic, nooch, fresh jalapeños, pepper, spinach/ chard, mix into steamed and mashed potatoes. Stuff into portobello mushrooms, sprinkle with nooch and smoked paprika. Airfry at 200 for 20 mins or oven for 30 keeping an eye on them. Drizzle with balsamic glaze to serve

honestly, I'd prefer washed hands to mix, only because of the waste of non-biodegradable plastics. Think of hospitals and home care workers.... every glove counts. I think she should wash and not use the gloves. Unless of course you have a reason you shouldn't. Not judging, just trying to be friendly to the environment.

Second is why you recommend unfortified nutritional yeast. I was under the impression that fortifying it with B vitamins, etc. is beneficial.

I have lipedema. I wonder if this diet would work for that. Everyone with lypthedem or lipedema does the meat fat diet but I can't make myself do that. To me its unhealthy but I'm desperate for something to work on my kind of disease fat.

I am also allergic to black pepper. I found out after eating a meal with a black pepper. Shortly afterwards, my mouth, lips, tongue, checks became itchy and swollen. It stayed this way for many hours. It was awful.

The fortified doesn't taste bad if you're just using a sprinkle but recipes calling for larger amounts tend to have a strange taste due to the vitamins added. I was not liking the tastes of any cheesy sauces/dishes and I mentioned it to my more experienced vegan friend and she explained this to me.

We aren't scared that the potatoes will make us gain weight? I need to lose 80 lbs. My Dr said no rice, potatoes, pasta or bread. I feel that potatoes have vitamins and minerals. So I end up confused, stuck and still fat!!
