Must Have Homemade Spice Masala in Indian Recipe | Pav Bhaji Masala Recipe |सब्जी मसाला घर पर बनाएं
Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins
Sabji masala
Ingredients
Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
Jeera 1 tbsp
Saunf 1 tbsp
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Yellow mustard seeds ½ tbsp
Methi seeds ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tbsp
Cloves 5-6 pcs
Cinnamon 2 inches
Bayleaf 2 pcs
Green cardamom 8 pcs
Black cardamom 2 pcs
Mace 1 pc
Nutmeg ½ pc
Cloves 4-5 pcs
Kasoori methi 2 tbsp
Hing 1 tsp
Dry ginger powder 1 tbsp
Black salt 1 tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Method
Heat a pan, add all the whole spices and roast them on medium low flame for 1-2 mins.
Then add powdered spices and lightly roast them.
Remove them on a plate and let it cool.
Transfer it to a mixer jar and grind them into powder.
Store the masala in an airtight container.
Pav bhaji masala
Ingredients
Bayleaf 5-6 pcs
Cinnamon 2 inches
Nutmeg ½ pc
Star anise 2 pcs
Green cardamom 4 pcs
Black cardamom seeds 2 pcs
Cloves 8-10 pcs
Black pepper ½ tbsp
Coriander seeds 4 tbsp
Jeera 1 tbsp
Saunf 1 tbsp
Dagad phool 1 tbsp
Black salt 1 tsp
Dry ginger powder 1 tsp
Amchur powder ½ tsp
Deggi mirch powder ½ tbsp
Hing ¼ tsp
Method

नमस्कार अजय जी मैं आपके रेसिपी कि बड़ी fan हु, कमीतकमी ingredients वापरून खूप चविष्ट भाज्या होतात, मला भाजीची चव जास्त महत्वाची वाटते, तुमच्या रेसिपीज अश्याच असतात, आलू, मटार पनीर रेसिपी मी तुमच्या पाहून केल्या आहेत, सगळ्यांना खूप आवडल्या, आज मसाला रेसिपी पाहिल्या, त्यात गरम मसाला मध्ये तुम्ही गुलाब पाकळ्या वापरल्या आहेत, हे माझ्यासाठी नवीन आहे, एक common गरम मसाला रेसिपी दाखवा ना plz.🙏

جناب اجے چوپڑا جی سلام! مہر فرمائیں اور وزن گرامز میں بتایا کریں کیونکہ چمچ ہر گھر میں مختلف استعمال ہوتے ہیں.......... وزن سے غلطی کی گنجائش نکتہ....... ساتھ ہی مصالحوں کو آٹھ دس ماہ تک محفوظ رکھنے والا کیمیکل بھی بتایا کریں تاکہ جو سال بھر کے لئے محفوظ رکھنا چاہے وہ استعمال کر لیں اور جو نا کرنا چاہیں نا کریں....
