I made this masala blend and it turned out amazing! Tasted pavbhaji made with it. I did not have the weighing scale so had to find tablespoon measures which I did myself, listing below if anyone else needs it. Ingredients For Pav Bhaji Masala 1st in pan 30-35 gm (15 nos) Dry kashmiri red chilli, seedless, सूखी लाल मिर्च 50-55 gm (10 tbs) Coriander seeds, धनिया के बीज 15-20 gm (2.5-3 tbs) Cumin seeds, जीरा 10-15 gm (2 - 2.5 tbs) Fennel seeds, सौंफ 2nd in pan 10gms (1.5 nos if big, 2 nos if small) Cinnamon stick, दालचीनी 10 gm (1 tbs) Black cardamom seeds, बड़ी इलायची 5 gm (12-15 nos) Bay leaf, तेजपत्ता 7-10 no Cloves, लॉन्ग 10 gm (0.80 - 1 tbs) Black peppercorn, काली मिर्च के दाने 2 no Star anise, चक्र फूल 3-4 no Green cardamom, हरी इलायची 5 gm (0.30 tbs) Salt, नमक स्वादानुसार 5 gm (0.5 tbs) Dry ginger powder, सोंठ पाउडर 10-15 gm (1 tbs) Dry mango powder, अमचूर पाउडर 5 gm Turmeric powder, हल्दी पाउडर 0.50 tsp Asafoetida, हींग 0.25 - 0.50 nos Nutmeg, जायफल Thank you for this video.

Hi Ranveer, This is from a Gujarati who is fan of your cooking. I love cooking and nothing is more enjoying then people eating your cooked food and saying wah kya bat hai. Just for your information in all the wah I get you are 70% and me 30%. Love you brother. My wife follows some Gujarati cooking channels and she does not like me following you. Good thing about it is she loves my food and then I tell her it's not me this is all Ranveer and seeing her speechless after that gives me such a happiness I can't explain. So I decided to make each and every type of masala at home. Same old style. Old is gold. Readymade is bad. Log kehte hain की time nahi. Kyo ki kamana hai. Main kehta hoon kiske liye kamana hai? Accha khane ke liye. Agar wo nahi kar paye तो उस kamai ka kya उपयोग? Eat good live good. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙂😋😎

Hi Ranveer, I am a big fan of all the information you share and teach us details, i just want to say i made the pav bhaji masala at home and gave it one twist by adding a a small change in it and i made the Pav Bhaji, every one loved it and they wanted to know the recipe too 😋 i shared some of the information being honest not all, but wanted to say thank you so much 🙏 when ever i want to make something special i check your videos and they are just Fab, thank you once again 🙏 Just to tell you i am very clumsy but what every i make people love it. Hey Ranveer, great demo. While I was researching a bit about Pav Bhaji masala a couple of years ago (at local pav bhaji stalls in Mumbai), one of the ingredients I saw consistently being used was dagad ful. They use that quite a bit (like 1/20th). Just something to consider.

Yes. I also kept waiting for him to add dagadful. I thought chakriphool would be dagadphul. Its quite important ingredient actually in marathi cuisine. North Indians dont use it much I guess.

Hey guys. I tried this today and as RB said those who don’t like the flavour of Star anise follow as instructed by RB. “I REPEAT, FOLLOW AS PER RB’s INTRUCTION”. The flavour is quite strong. Rest is BEST. Nothing like homemade pav bhaji.. And a note to RB - You’re the best. And I love you :)

Bohot logo ko ye video normal lagi hogi but they will be missing on how to understand spices. Sir ek request hai like with every recipe you teach that how to make the authentic spice but how do you actually do it, is it because of the experience you have or there is a standard to understand the base of every food spice. If you can then do make a video which will give a broad idea of how to understand spices, in your nihari recipe you did explain the three base of spices, but still a standard video lesson by you is required. Always supporting and learning from you. Load of love and support ❤️
