These are our favorite pancakes. We just add water, nothing else. We never feel sleepy after eating these, unlike regular pancakes. Did I mention? They are delicious!

Your daughter has your good looks! Thanks for your review. I just started with the Kodiak product. My sons and wife like the way they taste. I like the taste but like it more that it's healthier in that it's 100% Whole wheat grains. I also add an egg and use milk. Good to boost up the protein value.

I love the oat-based ones(, tried them as they have gluten-free(which the wife needs), they are reat, although some gluten-free stuff is not at all,I am also fond of King Arthur mixes. I used to make everything from scratch,but have had lousy luck trying to do gluten-free that way. Kodiak being high protien,not so high carbs is great as I am diabetic.

Add chocolate chips to the mix, and try it with the log cabin table top syrup, also use real sweet cream unsalted butter on the skillet.

My entire family really enjoys them... and because they have more protein and less carbs i don't get nearly as bloated (unless it's just in my head)

Not as tasty as traditional buttermilk pancakes but I still like them for the whole grain and protein. My recipe for 2 pancakes: 1/2 cup pancake mix 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup milk Zest of 1/2 orange (optional, but recommended) Mix until combined. If you let the batter rest for 10-15 mins it will get thicker and lead to fluffier pancakes. The baking soda also helps with that. Otherwise the pancakes come out boring and flat. I cook on medium heat and add blueberries once they are in the pan. Once plated, I'll top them with a mixture of maple syrup and butter that I warmed in the microwave. Add whipped cream too if you like. The added sweetness is needed to mask the bland taste of the wheat flour and protein powder.

Bought the kodiak blueberry muffin mix. Lil specs of something blue in them and I guess if your in a sensory deprivation tank you might get some blueberry flavor. So yeah not a product that I would buy twice

I didn’t seem to like them as much as everyone else. To me, it’s like eating whole wheat bread compared to white. It’s ok but not close to the real thing imo.

This brand is terrible for making pancakes and waffles. The consistency was weird and the taste was bland. My kids did not this brand at all. We returned this at Costco. We use Krusteaz.

Uhhhh, low carb? Really? 29 Gms carb minus 3 Gms fiber = 26 Gms net carbs. which includes 10 Gms (or 2 teaspoons) added sugar per serving. 14 Gms protein.

Yep...30 grams apposed to 45 grams and 5 grams of fiber apposed to less then 1 grams than others....oh and 14 grams of protein...apposed to 4 grams... oh and there delicious.

Most people don't know what good waffles, or hotcakes, taste like. Or how good they can taste, homemade. Of course, they will a box mix a thumbs up, they've never had REAL pancakes, hotcakes, or waffles for that matter. American taste in food is comedy. This stuff is like chewing on carboard.
