பச்சரிசி / Raw Rice - 1Kg
எண்ணெய் / Oil
கடலை பருப்பு / Gram Dal - 100 Gms
கருவேப்பிலை / Curry Leaves
பெருங்காயம் / Asafoetida - 1/4 Spoon
காய்ந்த மிளகாய் / Dry Red Chilli - 15to18 Nos
பூண்டு / Garlic - 150 Gms
உப்பு / Salt
