What happens when udad powder is added more or less? In the beginning of the video, you mentioned the ratio of rice flour to udad flour is 1 cup to 2 Tbs. But in the video you show 2 cups rice flour to 3 tbs udad flour. Please, kindly explain. when I cook I like to understand about ingredients role and I am a newbie to cooking

இதே போல செய்து இன்று சாப்பிட்டேன்.அருமை .!!4 cup rice flour ,half cup gram flours each!அரை பொழுது ஆனது!😅.மிளகாய் 15 அரைத்துச்சேர்த்தேன்! (as in Gomathis kitchen)தாராளமாக கடலைப்பருப்பு போட்டேன் உ ங்கள் பேச்சை நினைவுகூர்ந்து! பூண்டு,வேர்க்கடலை போடவில்லை.வெண்ணை நாலு டேபிள்ஸ்பூன் சூடாக்கிச் சேர்த்தேன்.100 தட்டை தயார்!கால் வலி சுவைத்த பொழுது மறந்து போனது!😄
