Coconut - 2 Slice
Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - A Pinch
Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 1/4 tsp
Dry Red Chilli - 6 No's
Salt - To Taste

Hi Chef, Nalini fr Malaysia, tried this recipe today and it turned out awesome. Followed step by step. First timer n beginner in kitchen - glad I referred ur recipe. It’s my fav meal whenever I eat in a restaurant. I used pressure cooker n waited for abt 10 wisel for the mutton to soften instead of boiling. Duration was more or less the same. Tq again.
