How to make broth:
2 kg beef shin
1 kg of ribs
Two onions
Two carrots
A pinch of parsley stalk
Four bay leaves
A coffee spoon of black pepper
Half a lemon
Two coffee spoons of salt
Preparation:
I have the shin bones cut in five-centimeter size at the butcher, and we take the rib meat along with the bone so that the bone marrow in it can come out easily and put it in cold water, let it spend for 1 hour in it, so that the blood comes out. Within this time period, let's change the water twice or three times And then let's wash it again, fill it with cold water and put it in the refrigerator. let it wait one night, it is sparkling white, we put the meat and bone in the pot, we pour water in one and two, add the cut onions, carrots and vegetables as I showed in the video, we close the lid, we turn on the fire, when it starts to boil, the foam comes out, with the help of a colander or a big spoon, we definitely remove the foam that accumulates on the water of our broth. We add salt after 2 hours for it to be clear, it boils for an average of three to 4 hours, the trick here is that the marrow inside the bone must completely melt and mix into the water, do not rush, let it boil with patience and love, it will be a healing store, I hope when the process is completed, we get the meat and bones from the wire strainer When it comes to room temperature, we fill it in plastic or cardboard cups and put it in the deep freezer, after it turns into ice, let's collect it in a container or bag, if it waits in the open, it will smell of the cupboard, good luck to your hands.
