Thank you Ranveer ji. I did as you taught in the video. 1st time, I might have put more condensed milk, so it was thick at the bottom but watery on top. 2nd time, I corrected the ratios and mix whipped cream & condensed milk in a mixer. It came out very well. I used butterscotch essence and used nuts & jaggery, instead of sugar, as caramelized topping. Thanks again for your beautiful tutorial.

Hi, I tried your recipe with khejur gur. Slight variation as gur in hot milk will break it to paneer so added it later to cooled down mixture. Also added extra whipped cream at the end to have a more rounded taste. It came out well. THANKS A TON. 😊
