Tried ghar waali gobhi preparation - I never tasted this yummy sabji ever before. Was more happy that I made it following this recipe. And it’s healthy too. Lovely recipe Chef ji. I used to add onions but could not recreate shadi wala taste. Now I know the trick. Chef ek hai guzarish - I have subscribed only 2 channels on youtube and first is yours. Apki videos se I learn a lot. I am a better cook now though my family calls me chef :D Guzarish ye hai ki agar ap ek-do videos spices/khade masale, unki properties,unke combinations, unka flavour, unke use karne ka technique (kitna kab use krna hai, kitna unko pakana hai, konsi stage pe konsa masala dalna chahiye) I have seen that kbhi koi masala dish banne k baad upar se jata hai kabhi koi starting me.
