I have been watching you to learn and perfect my Indian cooking. I am a grandma who was born in South Texas and grew up on Mexican food. When I saw Cheesy Nachos, I was excited to see your take on them. I will be making your version for my family and I can't wait to taste them. Beautiful! Just for interest, tortillas in South Texas are made with masa, hominy flour. And it is so sticky when wet, nothing else is needed. Also, Pico de Gallo is made without ketchup or corn but with lots of cilantro. Indian food and Mexican food share a love for cilantro, and cumin...jeera.

नमस्कार । यह रेसिपी बहुत ही सफल है ।आपकी मेहनत सूझ व कला सार्थक हुई।घर में तीन चार बार बन गई ।बाहर जो पेकेटो मे मिलते है उससे पीछा छूटा। अब कई गुना श्रेष्ठ ,सरलता से ,भरपूर तादाद में घर में ही है बना लिये। लाकडाऊन आपदा मे समय गुजार रहे।आपकी रेसिपी यो से बहुत मदत हुई । शुद्ध,घरेलू ,उत्तम सामग्री से आसानी से बनाकर रखने लगे।बच्चे आते जाते जब मन हुआ निकालकर खाते रहते है।पहले भी पेकेट मे से कुछ बचाकर बारीकी से चखकर, मन से केवल मक्के के आटे से बनाकर देखे।पर बहुत ही कडक और कुछ तो भी बेस्वाद थे । जब आपका वीडियो मिला।इसमे प्रोसेस देखकर बनाया तो पेकेट से कई गुना श्रेष्ठ बने।पैसे की तो बचत हुई ही ।मन लगा ।समय भी कटा। बस यह ",पीको द गायो " क्या कहे _अपनी रोजाना वाली कोशिंबीर"मुंबई मे तो यह आम शब्द है सुना होगा,ये गरम निकले,तभी बनाकर बड़ो ने खाई है,बच्चों को तो चीज वाली साॅस मिल गई बस मजे ही मजे।खुश हो गये । आजकल शीर्षक तो एक से एक विचित्र कभी-कभी तो यह नही वह नही ये ;भी नही और पांच मिनट में तैयार।एक दृष्टि से लगता है पता नही कौन सा जादुई नुस्खा हाथ लग गया।इतने बेहूदा से ,कोई जादू है क्या।लगता है स्तर गिर रहा ।एक दिन का काम थोडे ही है। रसोई में जिंदगी खप गई।तब समाज को सही तरीके बता पा रहे।सही कहा यह आत्मिक स्नेह से ही बनता है तभी स्वाद आता है।मंदिर और धार्मिक कार्यक्रमों,लंगरो में बनने वाला भोजन सब्जी,मिठाई,हलुवा प्रसाद इतने स्वादिष्ट इसीलिए लगते है।हर एक को माँ के हाथ का बना इतना क्यो स्वादिष्ट लगता है,याद आता है।उसमे उनका स्नेह,वात्सल्य जो शामिल होता है। बहुत धन्यवाद ।

Found this recipe a few days back... Saare ingredients thhe so had to make it. It was so good!!!! I just made the mistake of not waiting for the chips to cool before I put the Pico de gallo on them so some remained slightly soggy but I didn't care!! Finished like 2 whole bowls between my husband and I! Definitely making this again.

You know sir, My mother cooks very delicious food. She loves cooking ❤️ I also like to cook sometimes but I have fallen in love with cooking just because of you✨ The way you tell stories behind every food and the way u teach everything quite interestingly, I really appreciate you for that🙏 I thought you were a very strict chef and we will not be ever able to Cook the way you can cook... Came to know an interesting thing Sir!! I had used fruit salt and turmeric powder, and Dhokla had red spots. Wondering who put red mirchi powder!! Will avoid this next time. Thanks Sir
