It pains me to leave this comment, as Chef Ranveer has been brilliant and beloved teacher who I have followed for a long time. I understand and respect his desire to speak in his native tongue, but I do not speak Bengali. His wonderful cooking series in India offered CC, but here CC is very rarely enabled, and auto-translate IS NOT an option unless the chef makes it so. And, having the ingredients recipe in English is not a satisfactory replacement for English commentary. Why is this so? Why does the chef not lecture in English, as most of the world speaks it . . . or offer a CC and/or auto-translate option on every video?
