The part i like the most abt ur videos, is the history and knowledge that you share. I dont think any other cookery show goes so deep into history.. I got my mumma watch this and she was nodding her head through out as if Chef was talking to her. She watched it cover to cover (which is really surprising to me) and jaate jaate keh gayi "inse hi dekhna toh kaise 'kaanji vada' banti hai"❤️ Chef if you are seeing this, please post a video on kanji vada - my mother really wants to make it though she tried previously but didn't get it the right way. 😅😅

I make Sabudana khichdi every Thursday for the last 15 years coz my husband fasts every Thursday. I am bored making it but he isn't bored eating it :) But till now, I had no idea where does Tapioca come from. I learned something new today. I love these Namak danis and miss this Indian Dabri sota 👌💐 Yes we can eat ginged, tomato, chia seeds, sesame, all tree nuts. Nowdays people have started eating bottle gourd /gheeya and palak. My mom used to fast on "Laung elaichi joda" years ago. And She used to break her fast after sunset (with sawank khichdi and dahi)
