For fish recipes you can visit Bong Eats.... If you like spicy fish curry, try their For Macher Ka lia(Fish Kalia).. For a lighter version... You can try Pabda/Kajali macher jhol... You can substitute that Pabda/Kajali with Rui/Katla fish. Also there is a Parshe recipe with Mustard I believe. That recipe can also be made with Pabda, Rui, Katla and Sea Fish like Ponfret.

Ranveer ji!! Am a great fan of your cooking. I, really appreciate your love towards Kolkata style cooking. Am a home cook for the last 35 years. Just would like to mention that these cutlets are deep fried instead of shallow. And in salad the old eateries serve, boiled potato cut in round form, thick like potato chips with mustard and poppy thin paste along with cucumber and beet root sliced in same way like potatoes.

I have to mention one thing. You might be knowing that there are many channels and people now a days who are trying to present various food recipies. But to be honest your research and presentation skills superceeds them all. All above might be very common and normal what you might have heard numerous times but one thing which I really liked in this video is that u mentioned “bong eats”. All the others will never do that bcoz may be they are in the run to compete or earn. But u did and I must appreciate it. Never seen someone appreciating the competitor for their true skill( not sure but still they are ur competitor as I believe considering u both are from same field) I will not say it’s a like bcoz it may be an underrated word.
