Dear Chef, I tried this recipe yesterday, with mushrooms too, and I must say you are a genius. I have never ever had a tandoori of this flavour. However, my family is rather puritan, and sniggered the 'veg-ness' of the tandoori. "Why waste such a fantastic marinade on brocolli? Not worth the time." So I am gonna try it with fish fillets. so after watching this video I took out broccoli from my fridge( sorry danthal pale she hi phek diye the :-( )) and started making. all ingredients were kept ready including hung curd and roasted besan. i used Lodge cast iron pan. Bottom line the recipe was mind blowing and delicious except for the fact that it knocked off the smoke alarm in a 600 sq apartment in Toronto on a -10 degrees wintery night !!!. what to do , Tandoor bhi chahiye and without smoke... :-) :-)), may be next time i will bake it, that will keep the smoke at bay but not sure same taste will come or not!! thank you Ranveer Ji for this recipe !!!
