It is ungodly hot here in Florida. My son had crispy french fries chips from the oven last night. I made them. It took me 25 minutes and a 425° oven. Turning them every 5 minutes. He loved them. I must get the airfryer. Here the oven the stove has to run on what we called 220. The airfryer can plug into 110. I can save a ton of money I have to get the air fryer. It was so hard getting my son's french fries crispy yesterday. And I did not want to do oil on top of the stove. So I went with the oven method even though it was ungodly hot here in Florida yesterday.

Definitely get the air fryer Katherine. Mandy is so happy with hers and so annoyed she didn't get one for so long

That upper temp is much higher than a normal air fryer (mine is 400 degrees)

Just catching up - only a month late! I'm trying carnivore diet and thought "karen got a grill, must look it up"! I dont use the air fryer we have as its used by Vegetarian OH for his stuff.
