My grandmother (91 years old) , always healthy and the only time she saw a doctor was when she broke her arm: Her "secret" 1- When you wake up , drink 2 Cups of water and keep moving for 1/2 hour, before having breakfast (olive oil+ Wholegrain bread+Big cup of Naturally fermented milk) preferably.. 2- only eat when you are really hungry, when you hear the Gurgling of your belly .. 3- No snacks, soft drinks, coffee & tea between meals ... 4- Eat slowly and chew your food very very well .. 5- Good 8 hours of sleep ,and no need to take a nap during the day, walking or keeping moving is better. @@lewisrich3515 Flavor is one thing, nutrients another. Flavor can last quite a long time. Not so much with nutrients. Immediately after picking any plant it's level of nutrients starts dropping rather fast. Little known fact, but for that reason when we buy crap at the normal stores, the frozen vegetables are usually more nutrient dense than the so called fresh produce simply because the ones they freeze they do within a day or two from harvest while the "fresh" produce can be as much as a week old if not more so.

GOT high blood pressure so I searched hypertension by nation and found that Caribbean countries have the highest blood pressure on average. Maybe the bitter skins are like ace inhibitors, and the electrolyte balance of the blended mix is also maybe optimized with this mix? Fascinating. You probably know the MD's are struggling with hypertensive patients like its a global pandemic of stroke and other hypertensive emergency's like congestive Heart Failure. They, the doctors refer to that as idiopathic. Keep up on those nutrient focused foods. Food science at the grass roots level and can compensate for their idiopathic cognitive failures. Thanks Chef.

You should use the peel as well there is oil in it that is ver6 powerful I use grapefruit lemon and oranges I put them in a pan bring it to the boil turn the heat down then simmer until it reduces never lift the lid until it’s cooled right down because the oils will escape!
