Chef ask lang ko if pede iluto ang tikoy sa oven. Mag butang lang ug tubig sa baking pan then ibutang sa oven murag bane marie l?tama ba spellling? Same lang ba cooking time sa steamer and oven? I cover ba gihapon ng aluminum foil? Pls advice tnx

You cannot bake tikoy. It has to be steamed.

Maximum 2 days lang room temp. In the refrigerator 4 days but titigas siya.
